1. BROWSE EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES for the
items you need. Use View by Categories at the left of the main page to browse
by category, e.g., Adult Toileting Aid or Supply Ostomy. If you cannot
find the item in the catalog, we either do not carry that item or there is currently not one available. Some items listed may not be available if they are already reserved for other customers. Note: We do have a limited supply of power wheelchairs and power scooters that are not shown in the catalog.
2. CALL 262-746-9034 when you are ready to place your order.
3. LEAVE A BRIEF MESSAGE with your name, call back number and the name of the items you need.
4. WAIT FOR A CALL BACK. To expedite your order, please be ready with the following information for when you are called back: Name, phone number, address, and email of the person that will be picking up the order. If you are requesting a wheelchair or other seated equipment, please measure the user's hip width while seated to help select the appropriate sized equipment for you. The person picking up the order will need to sign the Katy's Kloset Loan Agreement at the time of pick up. (See LENDING TERMS tab for more information). Orders can only be scheduled for pickup on Saturday mornings. Your order will not be scheduled until you speak directly to one of our volunteers and are given an order number and pickup time.
